Purchasing Information
In the rare event we cannot fulfill an order you will be notified immediately, onwhich we will offer you an alternative or a refund or discuss the time length of delivery. All the jewellery on the website has been made by Nikki and unless otherwise stated all orders will be despatched within 2-5 working days. Please contact us if your item is urgent. We have made every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible and as colours and images vary on different monitors some slight difference may occur. Due to the nature of a gemstone they are subject to irregularities and slight colour change and with the handmade nature of Nikki's work, some items may have minor differences which we reserve the right to sell.
Returns Policy
NB Jewellery's aim is for complete customer satisfaction, and offers a simple returns policy on all website orders.
If your item is not quite what you required then you must inform us by email within 7 days of receipt (stating reason for return). We will then offer you a refund or an alternative. Please note that the cost of the original postage is not included in the refund.
If the item is faulty you must contact us within a reasonable timescale. In most cases a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the timescale and cause of fault), this will be dealt on a case by case basis.
Earrings cannot be refunded or returned due to hygeine reasons unless they are faulty. Any rings that have been made to specific size also cannot be returned/refunded, you are responsible for ordering the correct size.
Please return any items packaged correctly by registered or recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred on return.
An item that is damaged due to improper use will not be refunded.
Privacy & Security
NB Jewellery will not share any information with any 3rd party. All transactions are with PayPal who provide trusted and secure online banking, we have no access to your banking or credit card details, only your name, delivery address and email. Please ensure your delivery address is up to date and correct on ordering.
